Our Training and Quality Assurance (QA) Department offers many services to our dispatchers as well as to our community. They provide training resources for new dispatchers as well as continuing education classes and bulletins for our seasoned veterans.
Quality Assurance Analysis
This department also performs quality assurance analysis on 911 calls taken at the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and provide feedback, training recommendations, and an expert resource for personnel to utilize when questions arise.
