IT / GIS Support

Our Information Technology (IT) Department is responsible for supporting and maintaining the El Paso-Teller County 911 Authority’s servers, workstations, software, and network for all of the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). Along with providing first line support during the day, the IT staff is also responsible for handling after-hours calls.

    Provide feedback to the El Paso-Teller County 911 Authority about how the Authority can better assist you in the future.

  3. Map Discrepancy Reporting Form

    This form can be used by agencies to report any discrepancies found in our mapping / GIS data in either Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) or Contact Map.

  4. Street & Emergency Number Databases

    Search the Emergency Service Number (ESN) Reserved Street Name, and the Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) databases to uncover current and future street and phone number information.
