Quality Assurance Analysis
The staff performs quality assurance analysis on 9-1-1 calls taken at the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and provides feedback, and training recommendations.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Department offers training for 9-1-1 dispatchers in the following areas:
- Police, Fire, and Medical Protocol
- Continued Education
- Emergency Telecommunicator Course
- Recertification Training
