Christy Davis Recognized as Employee of the Year

The Authority staff nominates their coworkers each quarter for going above and beyond. Based on the quarter nominations throughout the year, an Employee of the Year is chosen. It is our pleasure to announce that the Employee of the Year for 2025 is Christy Davis – Executive Assistant. Here is what the team has to say about Christy:

Christy is getting ready to celebrate her 27th year of employment with the 911 Authority aka JKA consulting in the early years. This is an amazing accomplishment all on it's own but even as she is nearing retirement, Christy hasn't slowed down. She regularly has a smile on her face for everyone she greets, she always has a positive attitude, and is so efficient with her tasks. Christy handled the lion's share of the financial audit and again, the Authority passed with flying colors. She is essential in budget planning and so knowledgeable in board related matters.

She always is willing to help with a smile on her face. She has handled so many tasks over the years that she is an integral part of our organization. She is such a pleasant person to talk to and I enjoy spending time chatting with her. Christy is a rock star on our team and we would be lost without her!
